Navigating around the site

Using the left side section of every screen, you can access the following areas of the website:

Categories: This section has a list of all product categories. Click on the category you wish to browse and you will see either all products in the category or a list of sub categories.

Resources: This section has useful help tips and tools such as Category Tree and Advanced Search.

Pictures

Most of the pictures on this website are clickable. Clicking the picture will access another screen, usually to view the product and its details or take you to a collection of products in your chosen category.

Step-by-Step Shopping Guide

Searching for an Item

There are several ways you can search for items on the website:

By Category: This section has a list of all categories. Simply click on the category you wish to browse. Some categories may be broken down into sub categories.

Keyword Search: At the top of all pages you will see a box that you can use to do a keyword search. Simply type in your keyword phrase and any items related to your search will appear.

Advanced Search: Available on the left side section under "Resources." Use it to perform a more specific search.

Adding products to your Shopping Cart

- When you see an item that you like click on the item for more details.

- Select from the options listed, if available. NOTE: if a product has options available, you must make a selection.

- Select quantity

- Click on Add to Cart and you will be taken to a review of your Shopping Cart and details for the item requested.

- Click on Keep Shopping and repeat the above process until you have placed all the items you require in your Shopping Cart.

Placing your order

- Click on "Checkout..." at the bottom of the Shopping Cart view page, or click on "Checkout" at the top of any page.

- Simply follow a series of screens with forms which you will be asked to fill out, such as your billing address (where your credit/debit card is registered) and delivery address (if this is different to your billing address), preferred shipping method, payment method, etc.

- When you arrive at the last checkout screen you will see contents of your order listed, order totals and address information. Click on Complete Order. At this point your order will be transmitted to us and recorded. You will be transferred to the Payment page where you can make your payment via PayPal or get the instructions for wiring money to us.

We will acknowledge your order by email.

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account (at the top of every page) and then Order Tracking.

Error messages

Error messages are shown on the site in red. These appear when incorrect data has been input or data is missing. Please follow the instruction on the error message to correct. If the error message details that there is an error in one of the data input boxes this will be indicated by a red star next to the specific box.
